2009 Fall Convention Registration
Early Bird Registration is over. Registrations post-marked September 20 or later will be charged a $50 Administrative Fee. Registrations postmarked after October 1st can not be processed; if you have not registered by this date, you must register on-site and you will incur the $50 Administrative Fee. Prices below include this fee.

2. Dues
The WVTA membership year runs from October to September. All membership requires renewal in order to benefit from the discounted rates.
3. Proceedings
All convention registrants will receive WVTA proceedings on a convenient CD-ROM. If you would like to purchase paper bound WVTA proceedings please indicate below; the cost is $40. WVMA proceedings may also be purchased in advance and picked up at the registration table. Please indicate below if you would like to purchase additional proceedings.
4. Limited Enrollment Sessions
Some LES are available through the WVMA. Please visit their website at www.WVMA.org for information and registration.
5. Exhibit Hall
All registrants are encouraged to browse the exhibit halls; these companies make our Fall Convention possible.
Guest 'exhibit hall only' 1-day passes (guests are not permitted in lecture halls) are available;

6. Parking
Off site parking will once again be available at the Alliant Energy Center ($5.50 per day) with free shuttle service to and from the Monona Terrace Thursday-Saturday. Parking attendants will be on hand to handle parking fees. The Government East parking ramp is also an option with entrances at 200 S. Pickney and 100 E. Wilson ($1.40/hr Th/Fr, $5 max Sat/Sun.
7. Meals
Registration includes breakfast, afternoon snacks and the Annual Business Lunch on Saturday. Lunches are available for purchase on Thursday, Friday and Sunday, but must be prepaid for with registration. If you are interested in these box lunches, please indicate below. Thursday, Friday and Sunday Lunches include chips and soda.
